These were a big hit in my home! I love meatballs, but I have to say, these were my hubby's favorite. They were just enough part sweet and part sour. The 'balls were moist in my mouth and very savory. Best of all, the texture of the ingredients combined made it very easy to shape in my hands. I will definitely eat these 'balls again!

This recipe was a huge hit here with my family. Served it over a bed of jasmine rice made in my rice cooker. Bathed in nice tangy yet sweet sauce, the meatballs were excellent paired with the sweet pineapple chunks. I omitted the pepper simply because I didn't have any on hand, but it turned out fantastic anyway. This recipe is definitely a home-cooked keeper for our family!

I tried this recipe because it reminded me of something my mother made before she passed away. This recipe was very similar to what she fixed. I liked everything about this recipe except that it recommends to much corn starch. The sauce is too thick for my personal taste. Besides that, I love this recipe.

The sauce on this was really really good, I didn't change anything! However the meatballs were rather crumbly and had a hard time keeping their shape -but this didn't affect the taste!

I thought this was an excellent recipe. Me and my husband loved it. I only used one pepper. It was pretty sweet, so I would probably cut down a little on the sugar. It was a different taste, which is a good thing. Thanks for sharing!!!
