About me:
I slowly got into cooking as a way to eat healthier. I like foods from around the world, and appreciate freshly combined ingredients. Sometimes I get a few laughs for getting excited about flavors and their aromas; for example fresh cilantro, ginger or lemongrass; and especially garlic sizzling in butter! Tasty!

Sesame Udon Noodles

Reviewed on Nov. 13, 2008 by Dreygan
Was quite tasty. We didn't have any peanut oil so I used some creamy peanut butter instead. I think I will like it better with the oil. I also added some rice cooking wine. I will probably be adding cubed tofu to it next go round but all round a solid recipe.

Cheesy Ranch Chex® Mix

Reviewed on Nov. 11, 2008 by Naffle
It's not too bad, it quenches the savory fiend in me. I did a half and half mixture with pretzel sticks and twists. As suggested, mix it in a large paper bag, as the ranch tends not to mix very well with the cheese and you get clumps.

LOVED IT!!! I've tried many recipes for sugar cookies and this one was great! The dough was great too! :o) You know've come across a great cookie recipe when you can't stop eating the dough while making the cookies! Thanks!
