Ten Minute Enchilada Sauce

Excellent base recipe for enchilada sauce. SO much better than canned! I added chicken boullion to enhance the flavor and I'm sure I'll find all sorts of other ways to play with this recipe in the future. Thanks!

Famous Chicken Adobo

Pretty good. Last time I made Adobo, I used my crock pot and the chicken was more tender than with this method- but this was pretty quick to prepare, so I can't complain.
