About me:
I love to cook and try to make new things. When my husband enjoys a meal I have cooked it puts me on 'cloud 9'. I love attenting potlucks and barbeques because I get a chance to make people happy through food. Luckily my husband is military so the wives get together often and we have a potluck once a month and everytime it's a new theme.

Cookies were okay. Not the best oatmeal raisin cookies I've ever had.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Reviewed on Aug. 3, 2008 by Cook4Love2010
BEST PANCAKES EVER! For some reason this morning I decided I really wanted pancakes, but I didn't have any mix. So, I looked up recipes and came across this one first. I read the reviews, printed out the recipe and changed what some people said to. I used 1/2 teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of vanilla. Also, I let the milk and eggs get room temperature. AWESOME! These pancakes are so EASY & DELICIOUS!!!!

The Best Banana Bread

Reviewed on Jul. 23, 2008 by Emily
Very good recipe for banana bread. Like some other reviewers, I added 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Lowered the cooking time to about 50 minutes, and it turned out great. Thanks!
