In my opinion, this was nothing special. It was okay, but nothing noteworthy.

Banana Pudding IV

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2008
This recipe is really really delicious,But it's similar to Paula Deen "Just Dessert cook book.I have made Paula Deen Not your Mama Banana Pudding over 20 times for family member, co workers and friends. But the key things to this recipe is to used Chessman cookies from peprige Farms.Because if you used vanilla waffer, the cookie would get soggy within 2 days.ANd Paula recipe actually call for 2 cups of milk instead of 3.I can only imagine if you used 3 cups to the pudding mix.It would make the pudding soupy And you must let the cream cheese get to room temp. And before you add the condensed milk you should mix the cream cheese for 2 minutes to avoid getting lumps inside of the mix. When i first made this and told some of my relative about how good it was .Everyone called to get the recipe.Aunts and Uncles all over the Globe. This banana pudding is very very addictive so make at your own risk.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2008
I was looking for something quick to make on a late soccer night. This was perfect because I had the ingredients all on hand. I tossed in some asparagus, green beans, peas, and chopped tomatoes and served over bow tie pasta. I was able to use up all of my leftover vegetables and still give the kids a dinner they liked and that they weren't used to. Thank you!

Sun-dried Tomatoes I

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2008
These are great! I used roma tomatoes and we were all eating these right off the pan. I sprinkled some basil over one batch before drying them and that gave them a nice flavor, but they're great plain, too. I'll definitely be planting more roma plants next year to make more of these treats.

Awesome! My hubby LOVED these! My daughter wouldn't eat them, but she's only two (and VERY picky), so.... Anyway, it's a great little snack or party treat. Thanks for the recipe!

Sloppy Joes II

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2008
These beat the store bought canned kind, any day! All I had was a red pepper, so I used that. Lightly buttered and broiled fresh deli buns. My family raved. Even my husband who is a sloppy joe hater, thought these were great. It's nice too that you usually have all the ingredients alredy. Kudos

Three Bean Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2008
We increased the ingredients to serve 60 at a church meal and made it spicy! Worked wonderfully for us: simple, nutritious and satisfying. I give it only 4 stars because recipe did not call for spices (chili powder and cumin), which really made it delicious. Could easily be made vegetarian by substituting vegetable stock. Very well received.
