No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed on Mar. 13, 2008 by Bethany O.
I made this for my husband's birthday yesterday and we both really enjoyed the flavor, but agreed that the consistency was a bit too runny. I used two Oreo brand crusts and a package of Reese's ice cream topping that had cookie bits, peanut butter chips and chocolate sprinkles for the top. It turned out really pretty and the flavors worked well together. I'll make this again, but next time I will leave out the milk.

Teena's Spicy Pesto Chicken and Pasta

Reviewed on Feb. 4, 2008 by Bethany O.
This one is a keeper for sure. I followed the recipe exactly, except at the end I added about 1/4 cup of half and half because the chicken and spice mixture was getting a bit dry. I think I'll go easy on the chili paste next time, as it's a tad bit spicy for my personal tastes. It is still delicious, though. Thanks for a fantastic meal!

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed on Oct. 17, 2007 by SBATTIN
It was good...not mind-blowing like I thought it would be. One thing when I make lasagna--I don't like to use all ricotta cheese...I substitute it with 1/2 cottage cheese (8 oz) b/c I don't like the dry texture of ricotta.
